DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Legal Staffing)

Black Letter Discovery, Inc. is a fast-growing document review solutions company, providing temporary legal staffing, project management and offsite review facilities to law firms and corporate legal departments nationwide.

We are currently looking for key individuals to expand our business in the Chicago, New York and Washington, DC markets. Our Directors of Business Development are responsible for generating new business from law firms and corporate legal departments, building strong client relationships, and recruiting a top-notch pool of contract attorneys for document review projects. These key positions report directly to the President.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• At least three years of demonstrated success selling temporary staffing solutions and services to law firms and in-house counsel or equivalent business to business sales experience
• A proven track record of building business and client relationships
• Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal environment
• A working knowledge of the legal communities and contacts in the Chicago, New York or Washington, DC markets
• Recruiting and building temporary document review teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• BA and preferably a JD or comparable education
