Kevin Davis and James Meister Expand BLD's Project Management Team
BLD has hired Kevin Davis and James Meister as part of its senior project management team. With years of civil and complex litigation experience, Kevin and James will help clients design and implement document review protocols and manage review productivity to ensure delivery of high quality, cost-effective reviews. Kevin comes to BLD after 10 years in private practice defending Fortune 500 clients in medical products liability, mass tort, and pharmaceutical litigation. Kevin also acted as the client contact, and project coordinator, for one of BLD's largest, and longest running pharmaceuticals document review projects. James brings eight years of complex and civil litigation experience, including antitrust, intellectual property litigation and other complex civil litigation matters. James has clerked for several federal district judges and served as a staff attorney with the Department of Justice and with the U.S. Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
