Black Letter Discovery Hires Ki Yun Hwang

Increased Demand for Services Drives Hiring

San Francisco, CA — July 14, 2008 — Black Letter Discovery (BLD), a premier document review solutions provider, announced today that Ki Yun Hwang has joined the company as VP of Business Development & General Counsel.

Hwang is responsible for company-wide business development, including managing strategic partnerships and evaluating domestic and international business opportunities and markets. He will also serve as General Counsel. Prior to joining BLD, Hwang was a partner in a boutique law firm representing Fortune 500 companies and international clients.
