Black Letter Discovery Provides 10% Discount to General Counsel Roundtable Members
San Francisco, CA — March 1, 2009 — Black Letter Discovery, Inc. ("BLD"), a provider of attorney document review solutions to corporate in-house counsel and law firms, announced today that it is offering a 10% discount exclusively to General Counsel Roundtable ("GCR") members. Earlier this year, BLD became the first e-discovery services vendor to join the GCR Vendor Preferred Pricing Program.
“Litigation costs are skyrocketing, and our member general counsel have identified e-discovery as a top category to achieve savings. Outsourcing document review is one way they are substantially reducing e-discovery spend,” said Steven Williams, Managing Director, GCR. Consistent with its role as an objective source of information for its members, the GCR does not endorse specific vendors and will continue its policy of not accepting any remuneration from a vendor. All program discounts will go directly to GCR members. Over time, GCR plans to expand the program to include qualified vendors used by GCR member legal departments.
