Black Letter Discovery Hires Bill Porter, Esq.

San Francisco, CA — January 25, 2010 — Black Letter Discovery (BLD), a premier document review solutions provider, announced today that Bill Porter has joined the company as Director of Corporate Development.

Bill is responsible for expanding the scope of BLD's contract staffing engagements throughout the US. Bill brings to BLD over a decade of corporate development experience in both the legal and technology industries. Prior to joining BLD, Bill spent five years expanding the boutique investment firm which he co-founded to a full service real estate investment and commercial brokerage firm. Previously, Bill spent 8 years as a business development executive and counsel for technology firms based in Silicon Valley, with a particular focus on the development of direct and indirect distribution relationships for small and early-stage software startups in the US and in Europe and Asia.
