DOJ Investigation

AmLaw 100 Firm

A national law firm contacted BLD relating to the review of a client's e-mail data covering a seven year period in response to a subpoena served on the firm's client by the DOJ. In 48 hours, BLD assembled all the necessary computer equipment for the review, provided a dedicated offsite review facility, a team of 25 attorney document reviewers, and a project manager.
