Chinese Review

Late Saturday evening on December 29, 2007, one of the leading Silicon Valley law firms contacted Black Letter Discovery to help staff an emergency Chinese language document review starting Monday, December 31. Out of all the staffing companies in the Bay Area, Black Letter Discovery was the only company with staff available and able to respond to the firm's emergency. In less than 48 hours after being contacted, BLD had reviewers fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) at the firm ready to work on New Year's Day.

Japanese Review

BLD was called upon by a one of the nation's top IP litigation law firms to assist with building an attorney Japanese review team. Within one week, BLD assembled a nationwide team of attorney document reviewers fluent and literate in Japanese to work on an international IP litigation matter filed in the Northern District of California. BLD facilitated the screening of the attorney revieweres, which included interviews that were conducted in Japanese. The temporary Japanese attorney review team worked remotely and at the client's office.
